Being a Sales Manager myself, I understand the damage of social media and poor reviews, so I was hesitant to post this review, but after no effort on Scott's part in almost 4 months to rectify this situation, I feel it is important to alert any potential buyers of this issue.
As of today, 1/18/2017, we have not received the lien release and have contacted his floor plan company, who informed us that they have never received the money to release the lien. I have made countless calls and left multiple messages for Scott at Victory Auto Plaza, and not once has he returned my phone calls. I have also talked with another customer of his, who is having the same problem. After not receiving any information or contact from Scott, I stopped by his car lot and spoke with him. He assured me that he was working on it, that was about 2 months ago.
Bottom line is, unless you have a copy of a clear title and lien release for the vehicle you are purchasing from Scott and Victory Auto Plaza, I would steer clear.
I would be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from Scott Bradshaw and Victory Auto Plaza. As the manager of Mid America Harley-Davidson, I purchased a motorcycle from Scott back on August 31st of 2016 on the premise that Scott needed to be paid for the motorcycle, then he would pay this motorcycle off and send us the lien release. This is not something we would normally do, but with Scott being the owner of the business, we took him for his word. That was our first mistake.
