Usually I don't take my vehicles to dealers for service. I moved to Mid-Mo region and work in Jeff City so I figured I would try this dealership (have had bad experiences in other states). From basic service (oil change, tire rotations) to more involved service (thermostat housing and coolant change) they have been more than fair. They make it easy with their complimentary shuttle service and always are on time for pickups. They always communicate what they find and recommend but do not try to push anything unnecessary. I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing service at all levels. (2008 Jeep Liberty 168,000 miles strong!)
Brought in our wrangler for warranty work and were very pleased with the service we received. Some dealerships treat you differently if you buy from them, but we bought used. They took great care of us and our jeep. We didn't buy this one from them, but I know where I'm buying the next one!
Really nice people. I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot at Joe Machens and traded it in at Capital Chrysler and they helped us out a lot and got Joe Machens to get their stuff straight. We traded our Jeep in for a Journey and we love it. Orion was our salesman and he was awesome. Every time we go back in for our oil change he asks us how we like the journey.
