We had a couple of experiences with James and he was always very helpful and pleasant. Our last visit, we were ready to pull the trigger. We knew what we wanted and he gave us a few options to make sure we had all of the information and choices shown to us. Getting to the Test drives he was very knowledgeable about the cars. During the negotiations he was always pleasant. Delivery was great, and his explanation of all of the functions of the vehicle were clear.
We weren’t expecting to get the great offer we did on our car. The great offer we received on our used vehicle allowed us to upgrade to a newer model of the car we love!! Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sybil and the team at Jefferson City Nissan.

After receiving horrible treatment at another dealership in Columbia I drove directly down to Jefferson City into this dealership! I was greeted by Damien where he worked diligently to get me into the car I really wanted and LET me test drive the car I wanted unlike the Columbia dealership!! Josh went above and beyond on the finance end of things! After all was said and done, I have the car I want, (2018 Hyundai Elentra Value Edition), the color I wanted, and a payment that works best for me with no extras mysteriously added on!!
