Thanks for making it easy to get my Soul serviced! It was quick and I didn't have to do anything other than make a phone call. I have since learned about the online service portal. I will probably use it in the future. My technician was very polite considerate and explained what was done and what needs to be done in language I understood. I recently had my car serviced at this Kia dealership. The first time, I had an oil change and a tire rotation scheduled. I also had a recall on the engine that needed to be done. They let me know that I wouldn't be charged for the oil change and also that my tires would be best left where they are since they were really worn on the front. I really appreciated that knowledge. My next time I had service done, my battery had died multiple times before bringing it in. I went in to the dealership in the morning and asked them to check my alternator and battery to see which was bad. They immediately got my car in and let me know my battery was bad and they showed me just how bad it was. They then checked to see what the price would be on the best battery for my car. They changed it out for me right away. I also asked them to price 4 new tires, which they did right away. I couldn't be more pleased on the service from this department and dealership over the years. They are always on top of things and don't charge me for something I don't need.
No hassle was in right at the appointed time. Did the inspection of the steering linkage and oil change in a very reasonable time, plus a courtesy wash. Received a 15 dollar gift card in the mail and had no problems applying that to the oil change. Good coffee in the waiting area as well as clean. Whats not to like, with this type of service I will be back. Also, they did and excellent job on my 1999 Ford F150 back a few months ago.
Ron Murphy at Kia was GREAT to work with. We came after work one evening, just wanting to test drive, and ended up leaving with a new car we LOVE!! He stayed late to help us and was very friendly throughout the whole process. Couldn't have had a better experience!
It was great! My car decided to be a problem this time and they handled it very well. I live 45 minutes away and bring my car to Jeff because they have proven efficient and trustworthy. Anyone can do a good job when it's easy and going well, but it takes a lot more to handle situations that are not going your way. They did a great job!
