Noticed the negative rating on here, I have bought 3 vehicles from Jim and he is my go to guy bc he makes buying a vehicle easy and goes out of his way to work with me. I bought an 02 Monte Carlo and the trans went out 3 months after I bought it but since I had mentioned I thought there was a problem previously he was willing to replace and let me drive another vehicle until it was done, he did this for me when the van I bought didn't pass inspection and took care of everything. I recommend him to everyone!
Although I dont expect any used vehical to be perfect I would never buy a vehical from a car lot that I knew needed a several hundred dollar mechanical repair with the expectation that I would be responsible for the repair myself. I felt like if I did not have the mechanical knowledge to identify the noise as an idicator of a very costly problem that the salesman would have passed it off as nothing to worry about.
Jim took care of my car buying process and the few issues that arise after. From seeing me up with loaner cars for transportation to helping find the other solutions needed, Jim took care of me and my concerns. I'd gladly buy again in the future.
