I came in with my 2012 Equinox for a recall notice. While team was looking at my vehicle found damage due to known oil consumption issues on this model/year of vehicle. Service rep got the repairs completed and covered by special warranty program. The dealership gave me a car to drive over the Thanksgiving holiday to use while mine was in the shop. The small suggestion I would give is to add some noise absorption material to the 'kids' waiting room. All hard services in there, so even the quietest kids make a lot of noise that could disturb the office area. The Riley service team was fast, polite, clear in explanations of issues and accommodating to a Mom of two curious girls. Best experience ever!!!

Easy to make an appointment online, no waiting when you arrive, plenty of amenities in the waiting room, always kept up to date on the status of your vehicle, very friendly people at Riley Chevrolet.
Riley's is our first (and usually last) stop when shopping for a vehicle. While we usually know what we want, it's still nice to see the product in person. Our previous salesperson has moved on, so we were introduced to John Lutz. He went through the list of options and helped build the Traverse we, eventually, ordered. He was very helpful and resourceful in getting answers to any questions we had at delivery. The Riley dealership does work as a TEAM. While purchasing a vehicle is not my 'favorite' thing to do, John, Jay and the rest of the Riley team made this another great buying experience. We've only had the Traverse three days, but love the way it drives and all the safety features.
