We just bought a car in May 2016. We called to let him now that we were coming in to finalize the deal. The car was on Empty, the inside was not cleaned or vacuumed at all, there was only 1 key for the car, and no temporary plates were given and he had no information for us on whether our current insurance would cover the car when we drove it off the lot.
