I've never had any issues with going here to get excellent help when I'm not feeling well.
On 12/15/2017 at 5P.M. Door was locked. Told to many patients Sorry. So I went to Capital Region Care down the road. My wife went there Thanksgiving Day and there phone recorder said open with hours of operation. Nobody there. But the care is good if you can get in.
If I could give them negative stars, I would. They hand out a piece of paper when you arrive saying something about billing, which doesn't seem to make much sense, especially since people go to Urgent Care places because they are sick or injured. Then, when they submit their bill, they submit it as an Outpatient Hospital, so they get more money and they person who used their services has to pay more money. It's a huge scam. They should not be able to call themselves urgent care, if they are really an Outpatient facility. Beware.
Very nice staff! Quick service! Would highly recommend! I will be coming back for other medical needs :-)
