Hello my name is Derrik and I had an accident and damaged a lot of my teeth and this establishment has been making it sooooooo much worse this must be the worst health organization ever I got a root canal on one of my teeth and the day I got my cap it broke after the lady told me I could eat just not sticky or hard things then I had I go back and have to get a new cap then I had to wait a month for the cap to be put on then it fell off 2 days later so I went back for them to put it back on AGAIN then they made an appointment for me to come back in 2 weeks so I had to take off work and commute 1 and a half hours just for them to tell me they called to try and reschedule but they didn't call any of the contacts they had on file they lied to my face so they reschedule me in the week after that one and of course on my way there there was heavy traffic because there was road construction so when I get there I'm 20 mins late and they tell me they can't take me in which is really funny because I've come in multiple times and I've had to wait up to 40 mins for them to take me in but I'm 20 mins late and you can't see me even tho I called and let them know I'd be late they could have told me not to come in but they let me come all of the way there just to tell me they can't take me this is the worst dentist ever I never want to go back all I wanted was my tooth fixed not 4 months of getting my hopes up thinking I'd finally get my teeth fixed and the money I had to waste on gas and leaving work early
Dr. Kulkarni is a joke. I would strongly suggest seeing any other clinic in the entire state for mental health needs. He failed to treat my clinical depression, and instead gave me medication for anxiety. When I saw him today I told him the anxiety medication was not working at all and he said, and I quote, "Well if that is so I can be of no further assistance to you." So then I asked how I am supposed to manage my depression and he told me I would have to access the local emergency room when I need medication. This seems completely uncalled for. Any psychiatrist should be able to address mental health needs, including depression. I am pretty certain that is their job. Dr. Choudry is worse, but they both seem completely incompetent and frequently Google answers to my questions.
Can never get a call through to them. Takes forever!
My experience was with the dental office and it was amazing. I have never had better customer service or more caring people. Great experience all around. Exceptional!
One of the worst places I've been! If the Dr you are coming to see isn't there they don't have the common curtacy to call you before you drive down there to let you know! They are poorly organized! Every time I have an appointment there they make me wait hours after my appointment to call me back to be seen these people don't care about their patients! Very crazy service!
Otherwise the doctors are great! The nurses and start are very helper.
