Oak Tree took care of my Grandmother and my aunt and uncle, so I have multiple experiences with them. I have always been continually impressed with the level of care and attention to detail by their staff. They genuinely care for the residents as opposed to just giving care. Rest easy knowing that your loved ones are in good hands.
Put my dad in for short-term stay while we figured out some home care. Under staffed, lied about pill stock, called me and asked ME to pick up prescriptions for them, and the RN supervisor (who clearly wishes she was more than an RN) refused to listen to family wishes that no new pills be introduced without consulting his long-term neurologist (for Parkinson's). Introduced pills that exacerbated his symptoms, then insisted we take him elsewhere on a Sunday. I wouldn't put a pet rock in their care.
