I have used Walmart's tire and lube a few times, thinking I could save some money, but each time, I have regretted that choice because of the slow and unfriendly service. I have not had any issues with the lube express, other than it not being "express", but I have had issues with each tire I've had replaced here, and now I take my business elsewhere.
The guys at the auto shop have no business working on cars or changing tires!
We carried in a tire and wheel to have a new tire put on we waited for a hour they said we were next so we left and came back 3 hours later still not done. took 5 hours to get it done and the guy spent 20 minutes balancing that one tire!
I’ve mounted tires and worked at tire shops in the past it was very comical to watch these guys work!
