The Autopro folks are super friendly and they seem very knowledgeable. I've tried a lot of chain/franchise car shops around town and I always end up regretting it, but these guys have been great for the year and a half I've been taking my car there. They always seem to be in a great mood and are very respectful.

The main vehicle inspector gapped me on a suspension part as being bad, that was not bad or broke or loose , these are the only reasons to fail it on a vehicle inspection
My van needed the air fixed and it was to the point that my kids would sweat only going a few minutes down the road. So I took it to Autopro and they got me in and out with no problems. They are friendly professional and in my opinion the best shop around!! To this day my air is still freezing cold! I highly recommend these guys!!
I feel robbed. We wanted our car to go the dealer but the insurance man demanded we take our car here and then Dave declares the "motor has gone bad" by just dropping the oil pan. (Oh, but he'll replace the motor cheaper than the dealer, he says) We ask that he might want to try a starter...so he charges us $600 for a starter and a new battery (when the old battery was just fine). Surprise, surprise the car "turned over but the motor is still bad" and then HOLDS THE CAR HOSTAGE until we pay cash even though it was supposed be billed to the insurance. This guy is a crook! Follow up: I finally got my car to the dealer and with little or no effort, the dealer started this car up and drove it down the street. No problem. There is something very wrong here...needless to say I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone!
