I had my 2 year old with me and almost left but it was just us in the small waiting area. So I stayed and low and behold they where done in about 20 which was what it should be unless you pulled up in a 86 corolla rust bucket. The car I was in was mint with 30k miles.

So that being said, just watch what they try to up sale you on if you don't know jack about cars or maintenance on them. Also please pop your hood once a month and check fluids.

Well I have been going between 3 and 4 stars on Jiffy Lube. Its hard because I am a car person that does my own work. I came just for an inspection. Lets start!
So I came for a car inspection and they said it was going to take 45 mins which was crazy cause I was the only car there besides a lady getting an oil change. At first I think the was a new guy that told me they did not do them, which I replied you do them mon-fri. He check I was right. LOL

Well let me explain the three stars! Since I am a car guy I over herd the conversation to the women customer about filling up her coolant reserve cause it was low for 7 bucks and so on.
I was happy she declined say the dealer she goesto takes care of such things. I just know that I have driven many miles and then say low coolant and been fine but I know have to up sale so oh well.
Terrible experience! They told me my brand of car was a "throw-away" vehicle and that all cars of this brand are junk. They then conveyed that the engineers of my car maker must be underpaid. VERY unprofessional. I cannot recommend this facility for this reason
They were fast despite being slightly busy, very informative, asked before they did any work, discussed cost before hand, were happy and able to answer all my questions, and were genuinely polite, friendly, and professional. Great job guys!
