Bob the service writer was awesome! He told me what my out the door price on a set of 4 tires would be, and got me right in and out. Could not be more pleased with my experience.
I was traveling from Columbia to Jeff City to pick up students from school and bring them home. On the way, it was misting and hazy, I ran over something hard that was left on Highway 63. Fearing it could have been a tire, I went to Plaza Tire and Auto. We usually have our car/truck serviced at the service store near us.I was thankful that there wasn't a long line waiting, and my car was inspected with no damage to tire or undercarriage seen. This brought me great peace of mind having to drive back to Columbia.

I have never been to plaza tire and don't know anyone that has....but I ruined my tire and needed one quick. The employees where wonderful! They were quick and as a women I never felt I was being taken advantage of. I will be a repeat customer from now on!
I had to get a state inspection on my car. Bob was able to get me in the next day. They got me in and out quicker then expected. Bob and the staff did a great job and I will be back.
