I've always loved Napa because they have high quality parts and friendly staff. However, today I was greeted with not so friendly customer service by a team member who was an older male with a beard. He promptly got my parts, but he did not have a friendly tone. When I asked if they had a military discount he said no with a very Kurt and abrupt tone. His rational was that it's not fair, and that their prices are already low enough. I do concur that the parts I purchased were as cheap as say autozone or O' reileys, but every parts store including Napa offers military discount. Now I'm not perturbed by the fact that he would not offer it; it was the tone of voice that the reply was delivered with. I don't feel they owe anybody a discount. A simple " sorry we do not " in a polite tone would have been sufficient and met with kindness in turn. However, when the team member was not friendly to start with, and when questions about the products are met with an underlying tone of contempt, that's when I think I should do business elsewhere.

The most knowledgeable service of any auto parts store in town. It's unfortunate that they have such limited hours on the only two days most people have to buy parts.
