Horrible experience trying to rent a moving truck. Will not accept credit card because I am 6 hours away. Refuses to try and help even though I have hired help there to pick it up.
Rude! Rude!! Rude!!! They tried to tell me they couldn't sell me two different sized tires and had ZERO clue what I was putting them on. We have a Camaro AND a Mustang, but instead of listening to the last part Larry and his uneducated worker decided to be rude and hang up in my face. Customer service is about listening to understand, not listening with the intent to have a rebuttal.
Larry and his staff are very professional and always are up front about the work that needs to be done to my car. I truly appreciate your professionalism and will continue to recommend your business to others.
