The people really do care about your pets and remember them between visits. The Veterinarians are thorough in their exams. They're kind of pricey, though. I go to them because they are close and I have no car. And they really Do care.

SWAH kept my dog for the entire week and nursed her back to good health. When I picked her up she was a happier healthier version of her old self. Which tells me she was in great hands. I 100% recommend them to any and everyone looking for a great place to take their fur babies.
Today was our first visit at SWAH. I was impressed with the warm reception we received, the professionalism of Dr. Prenger and her assistant. The animals (and their owners) of Jefferson City are lucky to have this practice in town. So happy we made the switch!
I'm so thankful for Dr. Haslag and the rest of the wonderful staff at SOUTH WEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL 5* I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible. So I've recently found out about this clinic. Just in the nick of time. Got my dog in for a full body check up. As she is in her elderly years. Dr Haslag notice my dog has a heart murmur. A few weeks ago she started acting strange and wasn't eating. I'm glad that I made the call and got my dog in, in the right time frame. Any longer wait, and outcome could have been a sad one. I've never left my dogs over night at a vets office before. So having to do so was so nerve wracking.
