Me and my brother Bob came in for our horse Sally on Wednesday evening around 4:30 or so id say and as soon as we stumbled in the place there was a young woman who kicked a kitten in her head and knockered her right on over. I also have heard of them abusing animals before but i didnt believe it until i saw it
We have been using Quail Valley Vet Clinic from the first day of opening their business to present. The staff at Quail Valley are awesome folks who are caring individuals, and have always helped us out any way they can. From late night farm calls to bringing an animal in on a Sunday for emergency attention, they are great. What I like best about Martin, Brian and the rest of the staff is the fact that they take the time to explain to you what they're doing, and why they're doing it. These folks are top notch with our animals, and we will continue to drive from Fulton for the quality care that our animals receive.
Misdiagnosed my puppy for Parvo, which I understand. No one is perfect, I was just happy to have my pup in what I thought was good hands. When picking my puppy up, the lady at the front desk (Angela?) was super rude. My aunt had said it was okay to bill the visit in her name, that's what I tried to do. The lady said I couldn't leave until they had the money now. So I tried calling my aunt, but she didn't answer since she was at Saturday church service. I tried explaining that to the lady but she said " im not dealing with this today just take the meds and pup." She printed out an invoice for me and I apologized for not knowing their rules(it was my first time there). She then said she has worked here for 10 years, and then told me to my face that she knows "people like me" will never pay the bill. That I just got a free visit because I'm a new customer and she was positive that I'm "that kind of person." I was completely shocked that she was so rude and judgmental. Needless to say I will never come back
My bulldog went into labor and had trouble delivering our 2 pup and quail valley didn't hesitate to have us come in for a emergency c -section on a Friday at 430pm... I'm so greatful for the staff and everyone who helped in delivering our pups.... Thank you!
