Website is hard to navigate and the catalog is overwhelming and time-consuming. Staff is very nice and helpful, products are good quality, but I prefer to order from a business with a more efficient, user-friendly site.
I bought a chair from Darla and I love it! It's really comfortable and it fits my long legs well. I appreciated that Darla loaned me a demo chair and kept returning to make sure I was happy with the demo chair. She let me borrow the demo chair until my chair arrived. I found the price was really reasonable, too.
I loved our sales person Angela. She built a great rapport with us. Eliminating her position eliminated me as a customer. I'm very disappointed. You can't sell to small businesses without great customer service and without the rapport we had built. Your loss
