Not a regular or young. Went in to pick up some fiddly things I needed for a Magic tournament I was hosting and got ignored for 10-15 minutes and then overcharged but I needed them that day so I was out of luck. My wife went in another time to buy dice and got ignored in favor of a regular who came in after her, despite her standing in front of the counter. I guess they are good if you come in for events and they are the only dedicated gaming store in town so I'm glad they exist, especially for younger gamers. Just need to work on customer service.
The owner and his minions are the nicest, most helpful people you want servicing you. Their knowledge of Magic the Gathering is unprecedented. They will treat you right.
