Employees rude and lied. The manager stated to me she had instructed her employee to hang up on me when I called back the second time because I was lied to about the name and availability of the manager.
The manager Rod talked to me like I was his ignorant servant. He was very unhelpful when someone stole my phone. He kept giving me the toll free number and trying to get me to leave the store. He argued with me about how good he was with customer service. I had to tell him several times to stop talking to me.
