From the moment we walked in we were turned off. The waiting room was full but there were about 10 open tables (a lot that just hadn’t been cleaned). As we walked to the table we noticed trash all over the floor in many many places. Once we ordered the food took almost 40 minutes to arrive. The place was only half full. When our food came out half of us didn’t receive our pancakes. They eventually brought two out of three sets of pancakes out. The third set of pancakes didn’t come until we were finished eating. When it was time to pay we couldn’t track the waitress down for over 5 minutes. We finally got a manager to help us. The people working there were not clean cut and the manager even had a visible neck tattoo. My only positive was the food tasted good. Lost my business. I think the manager needs to make some serious changes. The TripAdvisor ratings are horrible also with way more “terrible” ratings than good ratings.
This place is a joke. I got there and was promptly seated by the Host (which was wonderful) but then I waited for 15 minutes without ever having my drink order taken or even being acknowledged by the staff. The waitress was to busy standing around doing nothing that every person in the restaurant was looking around waiting for their food. Either way, we left and will not be returning. This place needs to seriously rethink its staff hiring choices.
Great Food, Great management solutions. It was busy our most recent visit so we expected delays as there were some. However despite the crowd it was clean and the manager solved an issue as it became apparent. Any other time service has been on par or great.
As a previous waitress at two IHOP restaurants I know the standards this franchise has and this IHOP does not hold up to others. Our waitress messed up my order, honest mistake. But she disappeared so I couldn't tell her. By the time she appeared my husband was half way done with his food. She said sorry and went to place the correct order. 15 minutes later, my husband is done eating and our waitress is in the corner booth eating while I am waiting for my the correct food to come out. My food came and it wasn't worth the wait, it was done rushed, which I don't understand considering it took over 15 minutes to cook. It was a disappointing.
which I did not see anywhere in the restaurant. I spoke to management and she sent the waitress to apologize but she had the worst attitude and was not sincere about the apology. I was a first time customer along with my boyfriend and my son and his family of five. They said it was there third and last time to visit the restaurant because ever time was a bad experience. I understand other IHops are not like this one, thank goodness -----try Columbia am told it is good.
2/3 visits were 5 star worthy and will likely change to 5 star if crowded service can flourish our next visit.
Talk about the worst experience ever. Fifteen minutes until drink order taken, then 10 minutes to get drinks. then forty five minutes , you for food to arrive. The food was cold and a hair was found in one plate of pancakes, gross. Had to ask for refill drinks. There were tables not filled with customers. I waited tables years ago and it is called hustling.
