We stopped at this BK just 20 min ago. There was 1 car in the drive up ahead of us. We sat there for 8 minutes and my husband grew irritated so we parked and went in. Took my sons to the bathroom and came out and my husband was still standing there, no one was at the counter and 1 person mopping the floor. The was at straight up noon. My husband heard the workers say Lock that side door. We still waited for someone to tell us what the heck was happening. No one approached us to take an order. No one acknowledged us. We walked out after 10 minutes and went to the McDonalds down the street. Rediculous. I understand if people didn't show up for a shift or something yeah that happens. But don't completely ignore us and act like we aren't standing there then lock the door. Tell us what's happening.
Employee who took my order was nice. However, that was the only positive. I ordered a 4 piece nuggets and small fries. I got a 10 piece nuggets and small onion rings. They were barely lukewarm. I think I got food that had been mistakenly made for someone else. No sauce was offered so had to go back and ask for it. This place needs help.
Today was not a good day. We had to wait several minutes for our food, as well as several other customers. Our burgers were very greasy. We ordered the bacon burgers. Two meals was $17.21. We could have eaten at Golden Corral for the same amount. We eat at Burger King because we like the flavor of their burgers. Next time we will order the Whopper!
Went to try the spicy nuggets... Which they no longer sell I'm guessing but still advertise it. My regular nuggets were cold even the bag they were in wasn't warm they tasted dried out n old....my chicken sandwich/spicy had barely any sauce I asked to add onion I got 3 limp rings and was was the tough outer skin wilted lettuce....not going back haven't eaten at a burger King in 2yrs...decided to give it another chance...nah never again.
Tried to order from the drive thru. No one wanted to wait on me. The Culver's across the highway was more than happy to take my money. I would recommend skipping this Bugger king and going elsewhere.
