10 minutes before the line in the Drive-Thru removed, pull up to the window and pay. Wait a few more minutes. Someone different comes to the window and asks me what my order was and tries to charge me a second time for a different order. Give them my receipt to sort it out, then has me pull up to a waiting area where I've been for another 10 minutes. Something is broken here.
Food was great, as ordered, the environment was quiet and friendly, floors and booths/tables were clean. My only complaint was that the ketchup dispenser was empty.
Charged me for someone else's order, then charged me for mine. Refunded me for the wrong order then charged me AGAIN for mine. When I arrived to work 15 minutes late, my hashbrowns weren't in the bag. Then the manager said she'd give me free hashbrowns on my next visit... Ummm how's it free when I already paid TWICE for hashbrowns I NEVER received. I definitely won't be going back
I tell you what you people want 15 dollars an hour but can't even get a fry order right... Two number 7's large with curly fries and cokes... How hard is that to get right... No cars in parking lot.. Not busy at all but can't get this correct... I think you all are worth what you get paid, very sad... Favorite restaurant and this is the third time... For the price of your food is think it was good and wouldn't screw up an order... Poor customer service
I love this place more than anything in the world. The curly are amazing. I would definitely it up this local Jefferson City hot spot for the best curly fries of your life!
