Excellent food, service is sometimes lacking, but usually friendly. I have to re-iterate, the food is outstanding. Coupled with a family friendly environment, and perfect prices- Makes this is the perfect neighbourhood diner.
Customer service is horrible. They prepare my food put it on the counter and didn't inform me that my food was ready. The food is barely decent. I would recommend going to another place that would appreciate your business and prefer to provide customer service to their guests.
There was a new lady there this time and she was not as hateful as the tall lady.

*EXTREMELY RUDE!!* Worst experience!! After waiting in this freezing cold establishment for our food, our order was completely incorrect. They argued with us for far to long before they finally went to fix only half of our order. Food was terrible, over cooked, and cold...must have been under the heat lamp to long. When we finally go to leave they refused to take the items they gave us incorrectly off of our ticket. Four top table ended up paying for a 10 top table of incorrect and absolutely disgusting food. NEVER AGAIN!!
