The next day and arrival window came and went, again. An hour past the arrival window I called him. He answered and said he was running behind but was on his way. Two hours passed I called again and left a voicemail. Three hours later still nothing. I am very disappointed in this gentleman. I went with him because the reviews overall were very good.I assume if he shows up he does great work. While browsing for another detailing service I found his number under another detail business. The same number is listed for Dr. Detail
All in all I'm happy with the work. when summer hits I'll be getting another cleaning from him. Don't be scared of this guy he does quality work because he is a car guy too.
First let me say I am a little OCD and protective when it comes to my cars. I always detailed them myself and washed it every weekend. I take pride in my cars so I was very uneasy to have someone else do anything- especially when I was at work unable to see what was going on. Reason I asked VAS to come detail my car was actually because they use Chemical Guys Jet Seal and I had never put a sealant on my car since i don't have a buffer or clay bars. Again I was very nervous about the appointment, but after seeing my car I was shocked. I drive a black 2015 Ford Mustang- some pics on his website- I was wanting to protect the car against winter, but this guy did wonders. The car still looks better now than it did when i drove it off the lot in September. The black paint shines better and has more depth. The interior is still spotless and doesn't seem to attract dust as much so whatever he used on the inside is some sort of gypsy cleaner. I wasn't expecting that, but definitely a huge plus for a black car.
We won't use anyone else for any of our restorative detailing needs. We have called on Derek's expertise multiple times with incredible results every time. Thanks VAS!

I set up a time about two weeks ago to come out and detail a car we plan on selling this upcoming weekend. The day and arrival window came and went. About an hour past the arrival window I called and left a message. I understand this is a human service. Mistakes happen. He called me a couple hours later telling me he lost his phone. He stated he had been searching for it all morning. We decided he would be out the next morning with the same arrival window.
Never showed up and ignored my call. Will be doing my business elsewhere
