Took forever to get the truck picked up, which cut into the 8 hours I had the truck. They charge your card when you pick the truck up and then adjust the charge after you return it. That's fine, but I was never sent an email or anything to let me know the difference had been put back on my card. A final invoice would have been nice. The truck was disgustingly dirty.

We booked a truck on Monday, went to pick up our truck on Friday at our scheduled time at which point we were told there was no truck for us and there was nothing that could be done. We were shrugged off and given the customer service number where we were again just shrugged off. It was a big Mizzou moving day so no other company in town had a truck we could rent at the last minute. If you have to be out of your apartment Friday what is the company going to do? Pay for the extra day? Cover our work shifts on Saturday so we can move our furniture? This is the most upset I've ever been with a company. This is totally unacceptable.
