I traveled six hours to get my car detailed at Capital Car Care. They didn’t take any of my information nor did they take my keys when I dropped it off. They came in the next day to work on my car because I was leaving for home soon. When I returned to pick up my car they had done an okay job with the detail and my back windshield wiper was broken. They would not return my phone calls and were uncooperative to coming up with a solution to fix the problem.
