Nice and fast
I ordered a toy for my nephew's first birthday to arrive on a Friday. Of course the shipper requested a signature for a nine dollar plastic toy. Unfortunately I didn't know this til after work. I went down to ups and they explained the driver wasn't expected to get back til an hour after closing, but they told me I came back at that time to the bay doors someone could help me. They even went as far as to call me to let me know the driver was back. When I got there it quite a bit of searching but they ended up finding it. They did a lot for someone (me) how should of just ordered something sooner, and I really appreciate that!
Wednesday: My package was scanned (Jefferson City Mo), placed on truck for delivery. Truck drove by my house...twice...no package delivered.
Staff are always friendly. They even waived the charge for doing a local pickup to one of the ups store.
Thursday: Package scanned again at (Jefferson City Mo), now out for delivery again....we'll see. Unreal!!!
I work from home and my employer sent me a package I needed for a meeting. It was picked up on 7/18/17 to be delivered 7/19/17 next day air. Instead of getting a delivery, I get an email saying it will be delivered 7/20/17 by 10:30 am because it was not put on the plane. I started waiting a 7 am. Finally at 10, my husband looked outside and there was a note on the door. The freaking driver did not knock or ring the doorbell. I was completely unprepared for my meeting! My husband went to the local customer center and was told by the manager that the driver will bring it back at the end of shift. We are to pick it up at 7 pm. They aren't even open at that time. The icing on the cake is that I was hung up on when I called the customer service number. LIARS!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
