We went in to the two hour tour to take pictures. Information wise the tour is perfect. If you're going to get good shots you should definitely do the photo tour (sold out this weekend or we would of.) This is not a complaint but a suggestion.

Was a great experience getting to walk around and look at the cell blocks. Me and my friend were the only ones on the tour so we got to see more than most people. The guides were very nice and friendly and kept us well informed. I highly suggest visiting it takes about 2 hours for a normal tour and only costs $15
The tour was excellent! The tour guide (s) are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It is a lot of walking but really informative and interesting. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in history!
We took a two hour information tour today and it was fantastic. Information wise we learned a lot and had a few laughs thanks to our awesome tour guide Mr. Green. The lovely lady who was corralling our group was also very pleasant and helped us out with some great picture spots and info. The architecture and age of the prison is amazing. Absolutely a ton of information. We strongly recommend anyone interested in photography, architecture, history, and just cool places to check this out!
I would've liked to have had a smaller group and had more time to just sit and observe things. Overall it was an interesting and fun experience. This was my second time.
