WATCH YOUR CARD STATEMENT! Twice was billed for an extra night, but what surprised me was the $250 added to the $95 charged for the room! They went from no pet fee to $10 and then $20; seems like they're hurting for money and will do shady things to get it. Currently fighting fora refund. One of the few hotels in Jefferson City that allows dogs, that's the only good thing.
Very very nice spacious rooms. Big comfortable beds. Next door to an amazing restaurant called Perkins.
The price was very good, and they accepted dogs - even our two big ones. There's a great place to walk then on the right end of the building.
The room was mostly clean - hair in the sink and on the toilet - and the beds and floor were clean.
Finally, no breakfast, but I get that it's part of the lower rate. But I was disappointed that there was no sugar or creamer in the room with the coffee.
Worst part was how freaking loud the AC was! It was like having a jet engine running in the room. I finally had to turn it off, even though it was muggy and hot.
Place was filthy. Not at all worth the price. SMELLY room. Dirty tub. Dusty. Carpet felt sticky under feet. Short on towels and wash cloths. Rude front desk clerk. He acted aggravated that he had to wait on me. Hotel gave me the creeps. Stayed because weather was bad and had pets.
Overall, a reasonable rate for a mostly clean room. But, we won't be staying there again.
Very accommodating. Clean rooms w/ fridge, microwave, NO BUGS. They let me use computer to print resume for work. Good location. $5 coupon for Perkins. Free laundry. Good price.
