Great location behind the mall with easy access to shopping and food. I love how our individual rooms had their own kitchen setup with full sized fridges, a 2 burner stovetop, sink, dishwasher, silverware and dishes included. We got the $6 Hy Vee breakfast voucher allowing you to get anything on the menu.
My new favorite place to stay while traveling. Convenient to shopping and dining. Super clean well maintained property.
. Staff very unprofessional I must say. I had a interview for a housekeeping position. My resume and work experience perfect for the position. The lady that interview me starts with a “C “ is her name Was very unprofessional interviewing me, the interview lasted about 30-45 minutes (most of time she was getting sidetracked and kept talking off subject that did not relate to my position or facility I was applying for, so towards the end I got pretty irritated because of all the statements she was making while interviewing me. Only to clearly let me know am wasting my time and the Manager is her sister in law and ooo she even wasted my time giving me a tour of the room and told me in the gym/laundry room. She is new at this position and the lady who will decide who to hire her “sister in law/manager “ is leaving on vacation..... am supper frustrated because this lady has been giving me false hopes for 2 weeks only to waste my time . It’s cristmas I could’ve apply somewhere else when I walked in 2 weeks ago THIS LADY ASKED ME TO APPLY FOR HOUSEKEEPING BECAUSE SHE IS THE HIRING SUPERVISOR! I originally walked in to apply for front desk position that i seen advertised in indeed. I had respect for the Facility and Management but i come to see its very unprofessional.
I had a great stay here. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you out. The rooms are spacious with a nice kitchenette, dishwasher and a full size fridge. They have a great gym with good equipment. They have free dinner on Wednesday nights and free coffee 24/7!
The Front Desk and staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel and surroundings are kept up. Wednesdays are Guest Appreciation Day. They provide a light meal for the guests. They also do it on special occasions, such as Great Eclipse Day, the hotel made breakfast for the guests and came around and gave us a goodie bag of space themed snacks and gum.
