When I asked salesman about it, he told me I shouldn't worry because there was a lifetime guarantee on the flashing, so I asked him to put that in writing. He then lowered that "lifetime guarantee" to "10-15 years", then he stated he could write me up something for "5 years". Then, he spoke to the owner of the company and told me they would not provide me any guarantee in writing, but I "had his word" that they would come back and fix it if there were any problems.
I am thankful for these guys they try and meat all your needs. They provide got work and make u comfortable as they serve u come out and let them provide you with there business
I was initially annoyed they didn't do the work like they promised since that was the only reason I hired them, but after the work was completed, the only thing I asked of them was to document the guarantee they promised. They refused. They did absolutely nothing to make this right except to give me their word, which means dirt at this point.
Second, they didn't do what they promised. My roof leaked around the flashing. My old flashing extended past the chimney a few inches. Salesman told me he would extend the flashing about a foot past chimney to prevent future problems (which raised the quote due to the extra shingles required to do the work). That was the only reason I chose this company. When work was completed, they only extended a few inches past chimney. It was identical to the old flashing, but I was still billed for the extra work quoted.
First, the verbal estimate came in at $500. Then $600. Then he said they could do it for $500 or $600, but would document $700 "just to be safe", but will only bill me the lower amount. When he came back to write it up, he wrote down $750, which was what they ultimately billed me for.
My husband and I couldn't be more happy with premiere properties! They were fast and beyond helpful. We would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Derek was a big help in deciding on the color of the roof and the type of roof that we needed for our home.
Great roofing company
I chose this company due to reviews on this site. I don't want anybody else lied to like I was. To be fair, though, I can't complain about the quality of their work (yet), but they have no integrity. Salesman repeatedly told me what I wanted to hear, but didn't follow through with what they said they would do or their promises.
Terrible storms in Missouri in November 2015 and I lost a roof on a well rented commercial building I own. Called contractor that had roofed building previously and got a curt, "I'm out of business", when I got him on his cell. I was desperate for help and was referred to Premier by a general contractor in Jefferson City. Couldn't even get any others to call be back. They were totally backed up with work and I needed not a patch, but a whole new roof system. They came thru for me and got the job done with first class quality. Kept me informed every step of the way and gave me options where they existed with accurate estimates. They will now be my go to roofing contractor, irregardless of the cost. They are worth it for the quality. Kenny and his crew can really knock some "sh....t" out. They are roofing animals! Great job and my tenant was very happy with clean up etc. They even brought in their own generators so as to not use her electricity. Can't say enough good things. They literally saved my building from tremendous damage.
***Update*** 1 year later and the roof is leaking, again, in the same spot. I guess their quality matches their integrity. So much for that "Guarantee". Completely wasted my money.
