Best place in town for carpet, hardwood, and tile. They are great to work with.
These guys GREAT!! They have been in Jefferson City for years and have a great reputation. I have used them for carpet and hardwood flooring and find them the best in town on price, follow through, attention to detail and willingness to correct things when the go wrong. And, things go wrong from time to time, we all know that. I had a small room re-carpeted, and the color was one shade off. I call them the next day, and had the right color on the floor, vacuumed and looking perfect before I got home from work! Top notch installers too! I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Good selection of flooring and very knowledgeable
In my opinion Howell's is the undisputed leader for carpet in JC (they sell more than carpet, but have no experience with their other products). I encourage you to shop around, then get a bid from Howell's; I doubt Howell's will be beat. The installers installed when they said they would, and did an excellent job. I have over the past few years used Howell's for a linoleum floor at my work, in my house, and sent friends and family to their store without hesitation. Highly recommend!
Not only have I used Howell's, but so have my parents. They had great service, very up front about price and quality of what we were looking for, and worked with us to get the product that matched our needs. They installed in a timely manner and left their project complete and made a follow up phone call later that day.
