This gentleman that came to our home was super respectful and sure nice and made sure our home was big free he came back and made sure our problem was gone

Our team works together sharing concepts and methods that works with this new resurgence of bed bugs thus gaining support from each other.

Congratulations – for being one of the top on our list!

Glad to see so many positive reviews. I set an appointment and NO SHOW. Called and left message, called back and spoke with male who states he would call back. Never did. Called back following day and left another message. Still NOTHING!!!

Part of our ongoing crusade is to bring these professionals in alignment with each other in the business of bed bug elimination and preventative methodologies which stands out from conventional pest control methods.

Denise Donovan/Founder/Director

Very professional, thorough and informational. Couldn't have asked for a better experience as a first time home owner!

As Founder and Director of the IBBRA, we are fortunate to work with such a dedicated group of people at ACES PEST SOLUTIONS and are proud of the dedication of his team.

International Bed Bug Resource Authority

Lead by Owner, Kent Marsh A.C.E., and his focused team, we are proud to acknowledge ACES PEST SOLUTIONS professionals for their continued commitment to serve our communities, by showing exemplary skills, superior follow-up and sincere caring for each job they take on. This team abides by ethical standards in the industry and is proficient in their bed bug knowledge, approach, services, products and actions.

During our ongoing process of obtaining pest control companies for our International Bed Bug Task Force and team, we are fortunate to come across those who have shown exceptional service to those they serve.

To all that have the privilege of using the services of ACES PEST SOLUTIONS,

I'm renting a room from a college student in the Springfield, MO area where I am travel nursing. I have friends that have worked in the bug industry before and express the cost of a bedbug treatment that was done at my current location was the highest fee he's ever heard of. I'm a nurse so I've treated patients with bedbugs before as well as had them myself many years ago. I had never heard of dogs searching/sniffing for bedbugs. During today's follow up visit a puppy (1.5 years) was brought to perform the post treatment check, after we had to remind the company that they had not been back in the promised amount of time. Consider me a doubting Thomas. Apparently our house had a lot of distractions for the puppy. I discovered that the puppy was not the original dog that inspected the house when the bedbugs were found. As a nurse who believes in scientific integrity, I checked to make sure the original dog would be doing a post treatment inspection as well. The gentleman that was here mentioned that the puppy went to nationals and was a reliable dog, but the original dog was in the truck and would also be sniffing the house. When the older, original dog came in, the gentleman only took the dog to the kitchen, bath, living, and master bedrooms. I mentioned that he didn't go into my room or the attic bedroom and he said, "I went into your room with the other dog and would you like me to go up there again a wake her up" (our other room mate was asleep at the time he came 4:30pm)? Not wanting to fight with him I just kept my mouth shut, but I didn't feel that is words or actions were professional AT ALL! If I have doubts about something, why not explain to me how his operation works? Would I not be better as a future customer than an enemy who discusses his unprofessional behavior? I would give the man a 0, but 0 stars wasn't an option. Professionalism and kindness goes a long way, in addition to the fact that the initial bug bites that instigated his trip out looked more like flea bites (remember that I'm a nurse who has treated patients with bedbugs and personally had bedbugs before). As a nurse and someone who has had bedbugs, I think ACES is more interested in the bedbug fee ($1,200.00) than a $20 fee to treat fleas!

We have also found that this devoted team is truly committed to and helps create well needed public awareness and bed bug education to all in need.

I have to say they are one of the few bed bug companies that have impressed me from both a technical and operational stand point.
