B and H was prompt at coming out and redoing my well which I appreciated.. My aggravations are this... I have a stable and home that run off my well. When the guy pulled the old pump he said that he could not tell what size the motor was and asked me what I wanted to put back in. I am not knowledgeable in this field so I told him what my needs were.....I have my house and a garden and have to fill stock tanks for 8 horses. So he chose the smaller of the two he suggested. My stable and house had separate lines that came into the well. He asked if I wanted the line to be joined and not separated as it would cost more to keep it this way, I said sure.....big mistake because when the stock tanks are filling I have little to no water in the house. The other aggravation is that the automatic waterer froze up and a part blew out. Until the parts come in I have to keep my water shut off......no water to the house. There was also so much dirt in my line that continued for several weeks that it overloaded, clogged. and eventually ruined my water softener. To replace it with the same kind would cost me $1,500.
