Company has been out to my house six times to fix a foundation wall crack after its kept leaking each time they've left. It still isn't fixed. The owner suggested possibly charging me a second time for needing to repeatedly come out to fix their mistakes. Owner has offered no apologies for the excessive rework that has delayed me re-finishing the basement. The other reviewer is the business owner's daughter.
