Marshall arrived the next day (a Saturday I think) and had it up again in a few hours! He suggested the "Advantage" plan, which I was wary of at first, but in hindsight I'm so glad I've done it!
The people at Aire Serve are always very nice, courteous, and helpful (including the phone customer support folks). HVAC stuff is never cheap, but after having the issues I've had (on a newly built house!) I think it's very wise to have the Advantage plan and annual maintenance performed and I think these guys are the best! I will most likely continue to have the Advantage plan until I no longer own a home.

Jacob performed our annual heating tune-up today. He was very friendly and helped me decide what to do about some bearings (a new noise) in my furnace. He was able to quickly, easily get my gas fireplace running again as well!
Our furnace was not acting normal and Jacob came to inspect and repair it for us. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our home. I appreciate how he was able to explain the system to me and the components that needed repair. He did a thorough job inspecting our furnace and I feel very satisfied with the work done. Aire Serv was able to respond quickly to our service request and answer our questions. I appreciate their customer service!
Jacob arrived early for the appointment to service the heat pump and furnace in my home. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He checked, tested and cleaned all of the working parts of the system. He answered all of my questions and explained everything he could about the condition of the furnace and heat pump and all of the work he performed on the system. I was very satisfied with the service I received during this visit from Aire Serv and look forward to seeing a technician again in the spring.
Since then Marshall has come out twice a year to service my a/c in the summer, and my heat in winter. After my a/c had those issues, he helped me diagnose a leak and was able to get our a/c "coil" replaced while it was still under warranty, which saved us a ton of money!
Our furnace recently quit operating properly. After extensive testing, the technician informed us that it needed a control board. It was more than 25 years old, so we opted to speak to them about a new HVAC system. Tate Robb came to the house, walked me through the options and helped work out the payment options. He made the process as painless as possible. In a few days, Cody and Ryan showed up with our system and installed it that day. They were professional and helpful.
When I bought my house, I knew the furnace & AC would need to be replaced. I had a service contact with a different company, but they never came back with a bid for replacement. When Aire Serve came for a service call, Kendra fixed the initial problem. Tate came to walk through the options for replacing the equipment. Being an older house, the installation was one challenge after another, but Terry took all that in stride and had it done in the quoted time. Joseph came to look over and test the installation, and Tate was back to finish the paperwork. Everyone was professional, did what they said they were going to do in the time and for the cost they said it would take. Excellent service. Great product. I say buyers can have confidence that the job will be well done with Aire Serve.
My first experience with them was 2 years ago when my a/c "died" on a hot July evening. One of the few companies in my area that have 24 hour/weekend emergency service, I was able to call and troubleshoot and decide I needed someone to come out.
