She was proactive and ordered an ice maker in case repair did not work
Service man was considerate in calling me at stop before mine to give estimated time of arrival. Was familiar with the problem and replaced parts quickly he was pleasant while working.
The Service Tech was outstanding & very nice. He answered all my questions & inspected everything very thoroughly.
Only problem I have is that after she fixed the problem with freezer door, the door does not open all the way.
The repair person was very pleasant and informative.
The people that come out to do the work do a fine job. The problem that I have is that i purchased the plan for someone to work on my riding mower because I am disabled. I am very disappointed that I have to wait two weeks for someone to come out and evaluated the problem(even after I have told them what the problem is)then I have to wait two weeks before they come out and fix the problem. So that is a month without my riding mower.
waiting on parts to complete the repair! service person very knowledgeable & friendly. my only complaint is that Sears only services my area once every 2 weeks. I had to wait 3 weeks before a service rep was sent out to diagnose the problem with my french door refrigerator purchased less that 2 years ago, and am still waiting on parts before I can reschedule another service call to fix the problem. That may take another 3 weeks. I am using a dorm size fridge in my garage to keep things from spoiling ( very inconvenient) I have used Sears products with extended maintance agreement for many years, however I am rethinking my decision based on the recent problem I have had with Sears service!
