I went in to talk to them about their products from my home and found their products to be extremely expensive , but not for any reason that would merit that much more cost compared to other companies. They were very nice however and perhaps they would stand behind their products and answer any questions you have better than other companies but I don't know for sure . They were however, willing to answer any question I had while I was in the store without rushing me out the door .
The water is great and the customer service is excellent. They have done a great job ensuring us that we always have enough water on hand. Whether it's the person answering the phone or the man delivering the water, everyone is always been friendly and professional. Our experience has been enjoyable thus far.
