Wouldn't go anywhere else. I ran into a problem and they helped fix it.
The business manor of the people working here is out of this world horrible! The night before I went in I called the store to get information... When I got there the next day everything I was told the previous night was a LIE! Then the lady, Jennifer, said Im not dealing with this I have to go and sit down! WHATT!! Then when we dropped the keys off we were told to be there the next morning in between 9am to 10am to pay..I called at 8:30am and Jennifer said you need to get up here right now...the other gentleman showed up early and you need to come up here NOW! So I asked her well what is the total going to be...she stated I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS RIGHT NOW AND HUNG UP THE PHONE! I am a manger in a customer service based business and I know if any of my employees said anything even close to what she said to me they would be fired in a heart beat! I will NEVER go here again and I will NEVER tell anyone I know to bring business here! Honestly I don't know how this place is even surviving with customer service like this! The business manor of HOB so HORRIBLE! I regret EVER bringing my business here!
