That store is the best! Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Got Directv totally happy.. bye dish network..
I always thought this Jefferson City location was good but I will not be back. If you want an employee to laugh in your face and when you walk away then it's the perfect place for you. It was the worst customer service I have ever got.
I was in the store for a solid 10 mins and nobody even came over to to see if I needed help and I was just trying to see what are some good deals they are having but I still was sitting there with no help not even one employee noticed I need help you people need to get better staff and better management
So I said well on the phone they asked us to come to you for help. So if you cant help then maybe you can help by cancelling the plan. To this he said listen man I aint in this store to hand you cash refund treating us as if we were beggars . I told him that we were not asking him to hand us cash. We were just expecting him to either make the sim work or help us cancel the monthly subscription. I really wanted to throw some cash in his pathetic face and throw the sim and walk out but we kept our calm and just walked out. Called AT&T customer service of our ordeal and our experience at the store and they refunded us. Then we went to the T Mobile store and they gave us a prepaid sim that worked in 2 minutes. Wasted 4 hours of my life and should have gone to T-Mobile in the first place.
Horrible experience. My in-law is visiting me from another country and he had a LG smartphone that is unlocked. We wanted a prepaid sim for it and they gave us one that they said would work but didnt. After calling up customer service they asked us to go back to the store. After waiting for 2 hours Jonathon attended us. He had this air as if he was God's greatest gift on earth to be working in an AT&T store. When we told him our problem he said "Try paying for the prepaid plan and it will work" .I told him we had signed up for a plan online and said I can show you a receipt if you want. He said if it's not bought from the store I can't help and i don't care.
Horrible customer service. The manager Christian listens to reply not to help. His body launguage says it all. Seems like they want to focus on selling products and they could careless about helping individuals out with already purchased phones. Would recommend customers or potiential customers to go through Best Buy.
So please don't go here and if you do hope you don't encounter Mr. Jonathon
