Nice customer service, excellent vehicle range to choose from. Got a free upgrade from full size sedan to small SUV, drove Nissan Rogue 2016 and it was fun to drive. I strongly recommend Enterprise.
Everyone who works at this location are great to work with every time I visit. I rent all my cars for work here now due to there hospitality compared to other locations.
Update on 06/05/2017:
so i reserved the smaller compact car and the day that i got there they offered an upgrade (bc the other car wasn't available) but i didn't want an upgrade bc it would mean less mpg. they were very accommodating and took the time to address my concerns. they went above and beyond! if that's the way they do business I would go again and recommend!
Rented several times from Jefferson City, MO location and this time(rented on 06/02/2017) staffs were new and while taking the vehicle out I was informed that I can drop off next day off hours. After renting I dropped on Saturday(06/03/2017) on time, my rental was not closed in system till late Monday and when I called, lady at enterprise informed me that off-hour drop offs would be charged for one more day. I think staff needs serious training and I wish I could have had Hertz service in town(though they have next airport) to get rid off Enterprise. This time a big thumbs down @Enterprise !
I have rented from enterprise for many years and this particular location for the last 3plus Years. Their old staff where absolutely amazing. The new team needs more help, and better training. My last experience was a total disaster, I hate giving bad reviews but it was just a mess.
Friendly customer service. The reps all seem to be working in our best interest and willing to help us in any way. I appreciate the way I was treated and the customer service at the Jefferson City location is why I have switched to Enterprise for all our car rental needs and have become a member of their club.
