The young man at the facility here in Jefferson City was most helpful and pleasant. He made every effort to make sure that I had a car when I needed it and he was very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend doing business with him to all my friends. The car was nice. It was a Hyundai Santa Fe. We drove it a few thousand miles on a vacation to New England. It handled well and was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the passenger seat was too low and there was no way for my wife to raise it. Other than that it was a fantastic experience.
Had a wonderful experience renting for 5 days for a family road trip from Budget in Jefferson City! The car was great! The service was outstanding! Definitely will be using them for all of our rental needs!!!
I utilize this location all the time for work -- the manager, Omar, is fantastic and treats his customers wonderfully. We've always had great experiences with this business. So bummed to hear Omar is leaving!
Sucks no cars available in a 200 mile radius. Will go elsewhere
