Terrible communication. Will sell houses and not let other real estate agents know so they sold it so showings continue despite it no longer being on the market.
Ms. Pederson is a very professional realtor who knows how to move a seller through the entire process. She assisted me initially by walking me through the each step of selling my home. Since she has a background in interior design, her knowledge of how to stage a home helped me to take the rough edges off the house's appearance and made it more appealing to potential buyers. This was evident in the fact that the second person who viewed my house made an offer within 4 days of it being listed!
