Managers Jana and Jared are very pleasant and understanding. The large area of apartments will be in good hands due to their timely response to all inquiries.
Felt watched from the get go. Constant notices about little things like an exercise bike on the patio. There apparently had been "complaints" (in just a few weeks' time) but conveniently there was no notice as to why management let themselves in shortly after I moved my things in. Staff was professional at the office, not when dealing with complains. I would have addressed any concerns had anyone bothered to talk to me so this was a first apartment fail for me.
I lived in the townhouse side of Deville for about two years. The rent is super affordable and you get a huge amount of bang for your dollar. The units are relatively old so they are not without their gremlins. However whenever I had an issue they immediately sent someone out. I would live there again. Just be sure to really to over their lease as it is rather in depth (you should be anyway.)
We live in 2 Bedroom apartment. It is right beside the pool and playground area. Neighborhood mostly consists of Indians. People are nice and friendly. Same with the management. Management is really good. Whenever we have any issue they respond in very short time.
I lived here 18 years ago. They were helpful then and helpful now. I wanted a unit upstairs and they transferred my lease — no problem. Clean and reasonable rent. Utilities are inexpensive, too. Good leasing staff and maintenance. Safe property and well lit. Nice pool area. Located on a hill, but then again the whole city is really hilly. They plow and salt in the winter, so it’s not treacherous getting in and out of parking lot onto Southwest Blvd. I really appreciate how much they helped moving me back into town.
