We had them put in a water conditioner (softens and filters) in our home. The product in and of itself seems to work fine and I'm happy enough with it. However, I am disappointed with their customer care . For this reason, I give them three stars. Before you buy their product, they will communicate with you quite well , but as soon as they got my money, they won't even give me the time of day to answer simple questions about how to use the system properly. Bout even on basis care of the product. The product appears to be a good one, but I'm hesitant to recommend you use the company because I am very concerned with how they will stand behind the product if they can't even help me with minor questions that I have about the use of their product .
