The office staff at SAMCO is awesome and very knowledgeable of their products. But if they don't know the answer, they will contact the rep. to find out the answer. Their website is easy to use compared to any other website that I place orders. No need to keep a list of items you order often, the website has a location that does this for you, plus a history of items you have ordered also.
