Used these guys for a very short interstate move. Jim and an associate came out and did a phenomenal job -- no damage at all, very quick and hardworking, extremely professional and friendly. The price was by far the most fair in Columbia -- had a few other bids come in at shockingly high values. Would absolutely recommend AmeriGO-Cardwell to anyone who needs to move out of Columbia. Having never hired movers before, we were unsure of what to expect. We could not have asked for a better experience. From the estimate to the last box moved off the truck, everyone was professional, courteous, and made a stressful situation easier to deal with. By the time they left, we thought of them almost as family! Watching them pack was an experience in itself as they were organized, efficient, and careful of every item they handled. They even came in below the projected bid. We would recommend this group to anyone needing help with any type of move and will use them in the future ourselves. Aug 25, Jeremiah, Joseph, and Kenny moved an antique upright piano for us and did an excellent job. They kept us informed of their timing and were careful with all property involved. Highly recommend them.

Great experience with this local company. I moved 2 states away. The owner, Jim, came to my house and personally did the estimate. They were very flexible with pickup and dropoff dates, and ended up dropping my stuff off 2 days after they picked it up! Joe, Jeremiah, and Rio were great about wrapping and moving all the furniture without damaging anything in the house, and also helped box up the last few things that I hadn't finished packing. Todd and Glenn were in contact with me during the drive, and did a professional job unloading at the new place. Completely painless move, I didn't know it was possible.
