Terrible experience I've eaten here numerous times and it is usually a great this time will most definitely be the last. I ordered online for carryout, when I got back to work I noticed that my medium pizza had a gallon of sauce. So I called back and I asked if maybe I had hit a wrong button maybe a got extra sauce. He proceeds to say yes you did. So after eating some of the extra saucy pizza I decided to look at my email confirmation and it didn't say that anywhere. So I called back and he proceeds to tell my how it was in the comments so I asked him if it was in the comments that would mean I would have to type that in correct? Then the story changes and he says so do you just want me to replace it or what? I told him that I was at work and couldn't leave is there any kind of way I could just get a credit for next time. He says he has to have the pizza back after I had just informed him I couldn't leave work. I eat here once or twice a month being that I work here in Jefferson City but I'm originally from St. Louis this is usually my go to, this will definitely be the last time I eat if you're from St. Louis trying to relive the St.Louis experience don't go home. They suck what a waste of money. Thanks Imos of Jefferson City for nothing

The pizza from IMOs was by far the worst pizza I have ever had in my life! I will never order from there again. The only positive thing I can say is that Mike the manager is very nice.
Great service and accurate delivery time estimates. Some times the pizza is overdone, but still good. Delicious, if you like St. Louis style pizza.
